Excellent job installing new heated towel rails. Also, removed an unwanted sink. The engineer, Gary, was always polite and courteous, ensuring we were happy with the work carried out. Annual Boiler Service and Programmer Replacement

As always, easy to book a convenient appointment for the annual boiler service. Programmer went wrong just prior to visit and we informed Engineer during visit, he confirmed that Programmer was faulty and arranged timely replacement. We've used John Williams Heating Services for over 10 years, including major boiler renewal work and always receive the best possible service. Seen the company grow in that time, standard of service remains high, and we've no plans on using anyone else in the future.

The engineer arrived within the allotted appointment time, he was very polite and courteous. Not sure whether I can mention his name in this review but his initials are AH, hopefully this review will be passed onto him. He carried out the service in a timely manner and left the area clean and tidy. This is the first time I've used John Williams and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Very impressed impressed with their engineer he's a real credit to John Williams. Thank you

John Williams Heating Services is a family run business, owned and operated by husband and wife team John and Debbie Williams. Established in April 2004, the company has a combined knowledge and experience of over 100 years and is based on Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate in Chippenham, Wiltshire.

Our aim is to provide an excellent customer experience from the first point of contact until the job is complete, no matter how big or small the job. We are honest and reliable and do an excellent job for a fair and competitive price, without compromising on quality. With fourteen qualified engineers on the road, we are big enough to cope but small enough to care.
