  Paul came out the day after calling and gave me a quote, the job was booked in and carried out in very good time. They removed my old flat roof and replaced with new must say I was expecting a lot of mess but it was kept clean and tidy throughout the job and I must say the job was carried out to a very good standard. We have had lots of rain to test it and so far so good. Thanks for all your hard work guys

  We had a very quick response after getting our request for a builder. They were very polite and worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend the firm and would use them again. They repaired leaking roof, replaced guttering and downpipes, all lead work and cleaned the conservatory roof.

  A job well done by Johns property maintenance had numerous leaks coming through are balcony roof also chimney job was carried out on the date given and finished within two days as promised all left clean and the team was very courteous. Thanks again Will be recommending this firm to my friends

  Fascia soffit and guttering work was asked for and quoted.Provision of quote was amended verbally at first site visit so that roof felt repairs they deemed to be necessary were added. Work was quickly carried out. Checkatrade then got involved and advised an independent inspection. This then led to some completion of work and some reimbursement of monies for work planned for but not carried out. Several months later some further work was satisfactorily carried out to complete the works.

  Thanks for a fantastic job it looks great. Paul and his team came out and fitted a complete new roof on are garage after we had some bad leaks. The job was done in good time and left everything clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend this firm and will definitely be using them again. I have already used them twice in the past each time everything has been done as promised
