  If you need a loft conversion, JRV is the way to go! Very professional throughout, easy to communicate with and won’t mess you about! The builders are knowledgeable, capable and take great pride in their work. They are also all very nice people! The whole process went smoothly from beginning to end, even after the build had finished I had something I wanted them to look at for me and they were out straight away! I know how hard it is to find good, reliable builders, all I can say is I'm glad I went with JRV!

  Fantastic company. The owners, John and Ryan, are great to deal with. Very courteous. Kept us well informed at every stage and going out of their way to help, even over a weekend. Great team of guys including Steve and Zack, Joe, Kane plus all their team of contractors for the extra electrical and plumbing work. First class work throughout, arrived exactly on time, even out of their way over a weekend when the weather forecast was bad the following week to progress & make everything was secure and water tight. 100% highly recommended and have already passed on their details to others.

• Loft conversion, En suite and Family bathroom

  JRV completed a 2 bedroom loft conversion, with an en-suite. We also had some minor alterations on the first floor, removing the small bedroom to create a lovely landing and stairs to the loft. The family bathroom was also altered and renewed. John and Ryan were very professional, and all of their team were all very punctual and polite on site. We had clear communication with all questions answered quickly. The quality of the workmanship was very good, and the project ran to the stated timescale.

  We contacted JRV as they were recommended. We had a budget which we discussed when they came and surveyed and we managed to get what we wanted within our budget so were very happy from the outset. We worked with Phil the architect who again got us a design we were happy with. Work started on time and we were kept informed on what was going on all the time. We opted for the tin hat roof on the scaffold so they were able to work continuously and not miss any days due to weather. We are very happy with the finished conversion and even used the tradesmen for other jobs around our house.

  Work was done quickly and efficiently to a high standard and good price. Overall very satisfied with work. Sometimes we had to make decisions quickly, e.G. Positioning of windows, sockets and radiators. We had a year to wait between planning permission and availability to start work, so a checklist of decisions that would need to be taken before or during the job would have been very useful. Some of the work done by sub-contractors (e.G. Plumbing) needed to be put right later, but this was done quickly and without hassle.

  JVR completed a loft conversion for us, slightly different as we didn’t want to lose a bedroom downstairs so we had a space safer staircase through an airing cupboard, steels, 4 velux and gable end of house cladded. John was fantastic throughout, there was never any hidden agenda or prices it was all communicated and he made sure we were happy before going ahead with anything. Nick and Reece did the majority of the work and they were great, again great communication, high standard of work and always made sure we were happy at the end of each day. We are genuinely over the moon with it !
