  • Stair spindles, base rail and hand rail replacement

    Wayne was the only person who quoted for the job that advised us of the future issues we would cause if we spliced newel posts to get them to standard sizes. Instead, he was able to come up with innovative solutions by building some custom detailing around existing newel posts, he also replaced the spindles, handrails and base rails. Nothing was too much trouble, it was expertly finished within the times he had provided and he cracked on all day. He was constantly cleaning as he went and the house was tidy every day when he left. We will be using him again! Highly recommended

I now walk into a hallway filled with light and it provides a more modern look which was needed! No mess, no fuss and exactly what I wanted. Thank you for also completing lots of tiny but neccessary jobs ... Everything now has a home and all my clutter has disappeared. I really appreciated your professional, friendly service. Awesome!     I’d highly recommend Wayne’ services. We had a relatively small job needed doing to repair a bedroom door. Got a few quotes which were very high while Wayne was much more reasonably priced and took an hour of his Saturday to undertake the work. Polite, high quality workmanship and he tidied up after he’d finished the work.

I'm a carpenter by trade with 25 years of experience. I work on Commercial Building Sites, as well as Shop Fitting, Bar and Restaurant Refurbishments, Domestic Maintenance and Private Residential Works, such as Kitchen re-Fits, Fitted Wardrobes, Stair Alterations, Internal/External Doors and Windows etc...

I have also gained qualifications at NVQ levels in Plastering, Bricklaying and Painting and Decorating. This is in order to give me a greater knowledge of the building trade.
