  KJ’s just finished a very large rear extension for us, with a garage conversion into a utility and building of a further extension of a block home office on the back of the garage. This included extensive ground works and drainage, and full remodelling of the downstairs of our home including removal of chimney breasts and installation of multiple steels. Kris is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of building and construction, he’s consultative and communicates very well throughout each stage of the project. KJ’s quality of work is outstanding, and I never hesitate when recommending KJ’s.

• Large raised terrace, pathway and drive

  To finish off our renovation and extension project, Kris and team built our massive raised terrace at the back of our house. It was a huge project as the terrace needed to be raised up about a meter at the furthest end, and involved tonnes and tonnes of materials which all had to be craned over the house into the garden. Overall the quality of the work is excellent. The terrace looks fantastic and the driveway is brilliant. We had some disruptions which is to be expected on a landscaping project started in winter, but Kris kept us updated throughout, and we got there in the end!

• Had to have patio done again

  After cowboys did my patio, I had to have it all pulled up and laid again. It now looks amazing, couldnt of asked for a better team to come in, they took up the paving, re did sub base, re laid and jointed again, they kept us informed of everything and were very clean and tidy. Highly recommend. Thanks again guys

• Footings to fitted steel work

  Kris and his team have been nothing but a pleasure to have , from the reassuring chats and phone calls to being kept in the loop from deliveries and trades arriving on site . Kris and his team dug the footings for our extension , concrete , block work and fitted Steels to our property . I’d thoroughly recommend kris and his team if not just for his communication.

  Large living area and seperate shower room with basin and toilet. Dispite difficult weather conditions (winter) Kris and his team managed to progress the works and we now have a completed internal stucture ready for painting and decorating. The team were professional and curtious throughout, producing good quality workmanship and remaning polite and puntual. Employing builders is a stressful endevour but Kris was always ready to listen to any concerns or issues and do anything to ensure we were happy with each stage of the build. For this he gets top marks. We would definately use them again.

• Life savers

  Hi I just want to recommend the caliber of the people working for KJ's I have to put a service in the box, but this is a different recommendation Had flat tire a long way from home , turned into a sideroad and instantly they were there to help. Couldn't have asked for more , they were friendly polite and so helpful. With their help, what could have been a huge trauma for me became the most positive experience of recent times. Such positive attitudes, a great crew of people . If I had building work ,they would be my first choice. Thank you very much indeed!!!!
