  This is our second time using Karl, this time to lay our lounge carpet. Karl listened to what we wanted and provided lots of samples to choose from. Karl is very knowledgable about the products he provides, and therefore able to offer advice about the different options available. Karl is approachable a trait that is very important to me. Karl and James were punctual, informed us of their plan of action, and we could not be happier with the final result, they're workmanship excellent. We would not choose anywhere else for our flooring needs and without hesitation would recommend Karl.

• Laminate flooring

  Karl did new laminate flooring throughout our daughter's ( a person with a disability) new flat. Karl seems naturally switched on to what the customer wants in every aspect. Everything happened like clockwork all the way through, and the job was finished earlier than expected allowing other work to progress. Honest, trustworthy and reliable and a really neat finish. • Patch in Karndean LVT flooring after kitchen update

  Karl showed great skill and attention to detail in levelling and patching additional LVT flooring into the existing after kitchen update and wall removal. Looks perfect now and will definitely have them back for any additional flooring work in the house. He was also very careful not to scratch any of the newly installed cabinet etc.
