Apart from my car service this was the first time an engineer has taken photos and evidenced what was changed, the work he carried and gave the heating system a drain a service to ensure the system was fully operational. Furthermore a certificate with complete breakdown of work done was emailed that very day to me. No doubt I have other future work lined up for him. Exceptional!
