  Absolutely no problems, the quotes were provided in a timely fashion and the work was carried out quickly with a minimum of fuss and mess. Despite the awful weather the staff were cheerful and courteous. Scaffolding was erected and dismantled quickly. The new gutters and drip trays have worked well and will hopefully see out our time. The roof looks better after the first moss removal in thirty years.

  I was very pleased to find a company who did what they said they would. The initial quote was received very quickly, and on accepting the quote, the work was scheduled equally quickly, with scaffold arriving a few days beforehand. Keay's roofers were respectful, tidy and explained/showed me what they had done etc. With photos of areas (before and after) that I couldn't see on the roof. They ensured that I was happy with everything before they left. I've very pleased with the job and would happily recommend them.

• Sofits , Gutter and New Downpipe (Drain)

  The work was done - but elements were sloppily carried out - they broke tiles during the process and did not replace them, promised me a quote for the replacement tiles and again that did not happen. The pipe connecting the downpipe to the gutter is not straight but done at an awkward angle which looks messy at the front of the house. Also they broke guttering of our neighbour's house (terraced to ours). The work finished so late in the evening that we could not see all of what had been done (wonky pipes and guttering on the floor). Keay Roofing are not cheap and they do sloppy work.

• Re-fitting chimney flashing

  The chimney flashing fell off the roof and I contacted Keay Roofing to repair it. They were vey swift in providing a quotation, then attended promptly on the day. The work was completed to a high standard and I thoroughly recommend this company.
