  I have used Ken for many years for various plumbing jobs around the house/. He has been an absolute godsend. He built and installed a new sink area in our garage to assist in washing our dog. He was efficient and diligent in his work, checking with us with regard to height and other practicalities so that the end product was exactly as we wanted. Whilst here he also noted our kick plate covering our washing machine etc, did not fit as it should and fixed that.

  Ken is an absolutely first class Plumber, and we have used him many times over the last five years, probably longer. He is very quick, thorough and efficient, and extremely good at diagnosing what the problem is. He is very tidy when working, and always turns up at the time he gives you. I think he is very competitively priced, and very happy to give you a quote upfront. Many times he has fitted us in at short notice, and we find him extremely knowledgeable, approachable and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

• Boiler service and system balancing

  I had been paying British Gas to "service" my boiler for years. It wasn’t a service at all, merely an inspection. But Ken's boiler service was much more thorough. He was here for longer than all the British Gas "services" put together. He stripped it down, cleaned it, replaced parts and balanced the radiators so that they come on first in the rooms I use the most. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is superb, explains everything and leaves everywhere clean and tidy. 10/10!

  Over the years Ken the Plumber has build a strong relationship of trust with our household. Ken's experience, expert knowledge, incredible work ethic and workmanship ensures repeat business. Ken the Plumber replaced our old boiler and radiators with a right sized energy efficient Intergas Xclusive 36 UK boiler and radiators to suit, with zoned control and a Wiser control system to control the whole system from our phones! We now enjoy heating where and when we need it. As always it has been an absolute pleasure to do business with Ken the Plumber!
