  I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself in the future. I had replacement windows and a new front door and I'm absolutely thrilled with the end result. Every member of the team was friendly, polite, respectful and very professional (ladies in the office, salesman, surveyor and the window fitters). Thank you so much!

  A friend recommended KTF to us. We arranged for Paul to visit and give us a quote, he was really helpful and knowledgeable and was certainly NOT a pushy salesman. The quote arrived a few days later and we were pleasantly surprised as to how reasonable this was. The surveyor also called Paul popped by a couple of days later to obtain a final check measure and here we are 3 weeks later with a beautifully finished house of windows and doors, fitted by Peter and John who were brilliant and so experienced, helpful and trustworthy - I believe all KTF staff have been amazing and supportive X

  We are absolutely delighted with every aspect of dealing with KTF. From initial contact right through to completion of our installation, we experienced their totally professional expertise and great communication. The job was quoted fairly and the bonus was that they managed the installation whilst we were away (not a mean feat bearing in mind it is mid-winter). Ultimately it proved a far trickier task to remove the old wooden windows owing to the methods used many years ago, but the end finish was superb. We are happy for anyone to view the finished job at our proper. Great job. Recommend.

  Having used Kent Trade Frames before, we knew what to expect. Salesman and tradesmen who turn up when they say they will. Survey carried out with minimum of fuss and communication from the office was excellent. The door fitting process was painless and fast. The door fitters then cleaned away any debris and explained the working mechanism of the door. Thanks for great service and well fitted front door.
