  Kevin did the downstairs extension. We highly highly recommend him to everyone that asks. From the moment he started he was very friendly, polite and the quality of his work is such a high standard. He liaised with all the other contractors and made our lives a lot easier. Nothing was too much for him - even with us asking loads of questions he was very patient. They worked long days and always tidied up after themselves. We are very happy with the end result.

• Base for a log cabin

  Kevin and crew did a fantastic job. They spent the time to understand our requirements, discussed options, and made great suggestions. Some measurements weren't made properly near the beginning but it was no problem for Kevin and he just rectified it without any fuss. As the scope of work changed they adjusted to it, again without any fuss. The end result is exactly as we wanted. All of them were courteous and respectful of our house and cleared up afterwards. They were friendly and it was pleasure to have them here. We will definitely use KN Brickwork again.

  Kevin was very quick to respond to my Checkatrade enquiry and had visited and provided a quote within days. Kevin helpfully re-organised his schedule and worked on a Saturday to complete our work before we went away. I am very impressed with the quality of his brick work and his attention to detail, for example the care taken to match the new bricks to the existing garden wall. It was a nice finishing touch that Kevin even managed to find some slate chippings to match. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin and will be contacting him again with more work.

• Brick wall

  What an amazing work! Kevin cleared the round wooden posts that had been stuck very deep, dug foundations, built a retaining wall and a brick curved wall from the outside to fence off our front garden. He always arrived on time, was very polite, a great communicator and a very nice person. He always tidied up the driveway after work. He attracted a lot of our neighbours' interest as he literally transformed the fence and the look of our house. The wall looks fantastic. We and lots of people commented on the great craftsmanship. We have asked Kevin to do a new piece of work for us- he is great!

• Excellent porch

  Absolutely delighted with the porch that KN brickwork built for me. Brickwork is to perfection. Communication was brilliant. Didn’t feel at any point that any corners were trying to be be cut. Excellent, quality work with top notch professionalism. Very approachable and good humoured team. Fun to have around. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use for further projects
