  Installed 3 air con units in our loft, to cool the rooms on the upper floor, and a further wall-mounted one. Plus the outdoor unit. Quoted for them accurately and confidently. Turned up when he said he would (although it did take a little longer than he’d planned), and did an excellent job. Left everything tidy, and got on well with the dog. Now we’re just waiting for summer to see how well it all works.

  Today Richard and his colleague fitted our air conditioning from the first point of call Richard came round spoke to us in full details regarding the equipment that they use and the best place to put the wall units explained everything to us in great detail then sent us the quote the next day he asked us which days sorted us and because we both work he said that he would come at the weekend from start to finish they have been absolutely brilliant if I could store more then 10 then I would of,I highly recommend Kool touch are very reliable clean up after and explain everything in full detail.

  Richard installed ducted air con systems in 2 upstairs bedrooms, we are very happy with the set up and service provided throughout. Richard is very experienced in his field, was knowledgeable always answering any questions we had and made sure everything was clean and tidy at the end of the install. We would happily go to again for servicing and any future systems.

  We contacted Kool Touch to enquire about having air conditioning installed in property. Richard came out promptly to assess our property and give us recommendations of the type of installation that he would recommend. Quotation followed promptly the next day and We decided to go with the recommendation and booked him in to do the job. The team arrived on time and carried out the work in a courteous and timely manner. The system is capable of heating and cooling the rooms so now we have an alternative to using our gas central heating. We are so pleased with the whole job from start to finish
