  Kore did an amazing job taking out two walls for us to create a large open plan kitchen diner - from insulating all the floors, creating an opening for patio doors and fitting two new steels to plastering, tiling and painting. Very fast, very clean and very professional, couldn't fault them. Also very friendly team all working to an extremely high standard and a pleasure to have around the house. Working weekends to keep the job as short as possible and always making sure costs were kept in budget. Highly reccommend to anyone looking for any type of building work.

  We cannot recommend Walter, Rob and the team enough - they have done a tremendous job with all the work that needed doing for our house after we moved in, including repointing, a new cloakroom, damp proofing, loft insulation floorboards and hatch/ladder. They followed the recommendations from the surveyor's and structural engineer's reports diligently, and were always polite, friendly and accommodating to any adjustments we've asked for. The team were always very tidy, considerate, and very patient working around our busy family life. Everything was on budget too. We are very lucky to have found Kore!

• Rebuilt part of a wall.

  Core Building rebuilt part of our front wall which had been knocked down. Top quality job nicely finished. Walter took couple of weeks sourcing reclaimed bricks with a decent match but it was worth the wait.

• House renovation

  We have previously used Kore for our current property for a Bathroom refit and slabbing in the garden area We had a complete house renovation New stairs installed, new ceilings and floors, studwork in old rooms to create new spaces The house has been completely rewired, plastered and new radiators fitted throughout All outside trades were provided through Kore This is the first phase of the work and I’m absolutely over the moon It looks amazing All work finished to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble I would highly recommend Kore for any building projects
