Lee not only responded speedily to my request for a quote but, unlike the other tradesmen I approached, he actually came out to see the problem (others gave quotes from photos) and gave me a clear idea of the way forward. The work was done so smoothly that I hardly noticed Lee was here. A great job by a really sound tradesman.
