  After having some disappointing experiences in the past with tradesmen, we decided to do some painting and wallpapering ourselves. It did not go well. Having asked around, we we recommended to speak to LA decorators and I cannot speak highly enough of our experience. The entire team were polite and, as a busy doctor, trying to fit into my schedule is challenging as I work odd shifts, but Louis was incredibly accommodating! Expert, trustworthy advice was given, supportive at repairing our botched attempts at wallpapering, punctual and incredible attention to detail left me extremely impressed.

  Luis and his team were faultless and I would 100% have them back again in future without second thought. The work throughout was exceptional; from the prep work to the finished product. We had our living room, stairway and landing papered and they did a stunning job painting new spindles and banister. They were very respectful of our home and made sure everything was safe, covered, and completely clean afterwards. They went above and beyond to make sure little details were perfect - even things that were barely noticeable if left. Highly skilled, professional and friendly team.

• Cottage internal painting

  Luis and his team did a first class job. They painted, oiled and varnished across our entire cottage in Oxwich, including walls, ceilings, wooden beams, stairs, doors and windows. They worked with great care and detail, and to an exceptional standard.This was particularly helpful given I was often away when he was working. Luis had an amazing attitude, fantastic work ethic, would make great suggestions given his experience, and always do what we wanted. I would highly recommend him.

• Complete Redecoration of Cottage

  I've worked with professionals all my life but never have I worked with a company as professional and meticulous as L A Painters and Decorators. I Engaged a Farrow and Ball colour consultant for our1870's cottage to devise a complete coordinated colour scheme this was a demanding project with dark stained beams and woodwork needing significant preparation and an intricate F&B colour scheme. Luis completed the project to an exceptional standard. Communication was outstanding with daily updates and photos - important as I live in Qatar. And such incredibly nice guys to deal with. I recommend 100%.

  Painted a whole property in 2 days! AMAZING! Luis' team were just amazing. Even turned up early to start the work. Painted everything we needed and more within the time specified.
