  L&G property Ltd were excellent. Graham sorted out with finance and Warren was on site with Finn. They were always on time and always left my home clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Graham was very honest and helpful with any questions I had and even saved me money where he could, and always kept me informed. All the tradesmen that he organised were very good too. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

• Garage conversion

  From when we received the initial quote, to when they finished the job, we’ve been really happy with L and G Builders. Warren and Finn who carried out the building works were great throughout and were always more than happy to talk through each step of the job. Graham was also fantastic and always available if we had any queries when the builders weren’t on site. We’re really happy with the job now it’s done and if we ever need anything done again in the future will definitely come to back L and G. We would recommend them to others without reservation.

• Renovation of Ground floor of victorian terrece

  The work was to extend our Victorian terrace by 6m, replace the bathroom and create a family room. The attitude was great: always courteous, friendly and willing to go above and beyond e.G they fixed a broken chair leg and door surround without us asking.The quality of the workmanship was great. They arrived when expected and when things inevitably went off plan or we wanted to upgrade anything they were clear about cost/time implications and were available for queries. They made sure we had water and electricity throughout as we were living in the property during the works. Couldn't recommend more

• Ground floor extension

  Can't recommend these guys enough. Really pleased with the work completed. Everything came in to budget with staged payments along the way. We also then asked for some additional work to be completed once onsite which they were flexible in accommodating for us, again, costs falling in line with quotes. All of the team have been really friendly and helpful in advising us along the way when we have needed it. They also tidy up after themselves! :-)

  This is the second time I’ve used L&G Property LTD. I wouldn’t use another company. Their work is of a very high standard and would recommend the service to anyone considering large or smaller renovations/Projects. Their service is efficient and clean. I would like to thank Graham for holding on to my very tight budget?? Warren for his remarkable management and bringing the project in on time. Elwyn for his wonderful carpentry skills. Elliot for keeping up(or down) with all the dust) as well as doing everything else.And last but not least happy Jack the plumber who’s always joking.

• Remove existing Conservatory and build extension

  L&G were chosen to carry out our project as a result of a personal recommendation from a friend. The work started in July 2021 and due to Covid there were time issues but the company managed to source all the building materials quite rapidly. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and to a high standard. There was a delay in receiving the large glass sliding doors to complete the project, but this was unavoidable and purely down to the supplying company being unable to source the requisite parts. When the doors were available they were fitted asap.
