    Lee recently fixed a blown window for us. He was quick to come and quote, fixed the window for us a couple of weeks later when the window arrived, he was really professional and courteous and he also ordered a part for another window that wouldn’t open safely and popped back to fit and fix that for us too. Brilliant service from a local professional, we couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommend Lee.

    Lee managed to open the window, rectify the problem, explain how it happened and give advise about how to avoid it in the future. I felt a bit embarrassed to have called him for so little. He was not concerned and perfectly professional. He has responded quickly and efficiently to my request, made arrangements by text and arrived when he said he would.

    I contacted LD Locks on 23rd March 2024, in the Morning with an urgent enquiry to assist with a glazed door that would not lock, as it needed to be re-aligned. I was very fortunate that they were in the area on the date, and came out within 1 hour of contact. I could not have been more impressed with the excellent service; all resolved with total friendly professionalism. A cost effective solution from a Tradesman, that I would recommend to anybody !.
