  Tap replacement done within 24 hours of the job being posted. Luke was excellent, great communication and information. He arrived when he said he would, got the job done quickly with no mess, then he took all the old rusty bits and pieces away. Would not hesitate to recommend him!

  Luke fitted the bathroom and the work was good we are satisfied. However his communication is very poor. We paid in full at the end but could not have the bottom trim of the shower fitted until our new flooring was installed. Luke took the trim with him!Since mid-Dec, the floor was fitted we have tried to contact him many times. He never responds. So I have fixed a small leak we found in the new shower myself and we are still without a trim. We were happy and trusted him to return. He never has, so satisfied customers now disappointed ones. Bad business sense and can't recommend Luke

• Double spigot replacement

  Luke replaced a double spigot under our sink and fitted new brackets as well as water valve clips. He responded swiftly and completed the job quickly and effiiently and was upfront on pricing. Definitely recommend him for a trustworthy tradesman.

• Replacing 5 old radiators for new ones.

  Luke is a very nice man who turned up on time to undertake the work. He was very tidy and efficient. The radiators were fitted well apart from one that had been damaged in transit. In the meantime, as we had to wait for the new radiator, Luke fitted the damaged one. Communication then seemed to be a problem. The damaged radiator leaked and we tried to email him and phone him for a week with no success. As we were going on holiday he telephoned to arrange the fitting of the new radiator. Luke arrived as arranged. Luke is a good plumber but communication by phone and email needs work.
