9.75Verified ReviewHaving carried out our extension Lakes then did some internal renovation for us, laying a new floor, new skirting and complete redecoration. Alongside this Bill also fitted new internal doors for us. Bill has a clear eye for detail and gave us a clear breakdown of what was possible and a quote for each part. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, down to the small details, including where the new skirting met the existing staircase. We would use Lakes without hesitation for any future work on our house.

8.5Verified ReviewBill’s work was excellent. He was always on time and he did a great job in fixing one of our bedrooms. The room needed a ton of work which included ripping an old poorly done wardrobe that even covered open gaping holes in the wall. And thanks to the weird shape of the roof, the wardrobe needed even more attention to detail which Bill did. He managed to fix everything and we are very happy and grateful for his good work. Our only points of concern are that Bill could have done a better job of vacuuming up the saw dust in the room. Also the shelves could have better tight finishing.
