    Great job.... Clean, tidy, courteous, punctual. Job came in on budget and on time - we are extremely happy with the work. Lee acted more like a project manager with some of the issues we had elsewhere on the build and with 3rd party providers. Was extremely helpful

    Lee and the team have been absolutely brilliant, my rear extension was a little challenging in terms of getting equipment and materials around limited space, such as the mini digger getting around a tight alley and get to my back garden, further more they are courteous , hard working , also good workmanship and reliable qualities that anyone needs from a builder, I would highly recommend L&D Home developments , you won’t be disappointed or let down.

  • Fixed the guttering and fascia board that had gone rotten on roof.

    From start to finish Lee was professional, he gave a reasonable quote, which was clearly layed out with no hidden extra costs, he organised all the scaffolding and completed the job when he said he would. We were really happy with the end result and to top it off he's a really nice guy!

    This is the third extension Lee has done for us over the last 9 years. We go back to him because he is straight forward to deal with and any issues/queries can be discussed and resolved easily. This extension was just a shell and conversion of garage to first fix stage. Would be happy to give anyone a reference.

    We’ve used L&D a few times before and find Lee and Ben so reliable, so we didn’t hesitate to use him for our recent patio. He and Ben covered over 60sqm over the course of a week and we are delighted with the end result. As per usual, we won’t hesitate to use them again.

My name is Lee Stevens the director of L&D Home Developments Ltd.

We are based in Worcester Park, Surrey.

We are a family run business with over 20 years experience and a very good reputation. All our tradesmen are experienced and fully qualified, we offer a professional and friendly service like no other, with free estimates and advice.

I myself, a time served bricklayer for the past 20 years and unlike most companies I am still on site on the tools everyday doing what I love to do, so you can be sure if there is anything you need to ask I'm always around to answer any questions that may arise.

Whatever the job may be we have the staff to cover all bases, no job is to small to be given time and consideration.
