Really pleased with Lazard services, been using them many times along the year. This time around, it was Paul who's fixed an old radiator for me, he's removed it, cleaned it and reinstalled it with brand new valves. He's been lovely to talk to, meticulous, extremely precise and very tidy with his work. He's explained me all steps, showed me the results and checked everything was working once the job was done. Lazard will always provide you with options that make sense financially, whilst providing the highest service one can expect.

All parts supplied and fitted, work carried as planned, in the time frame promised, everything that was replaced and had to be discarded of or recycled they took care of it. Very friendly and good communication from start to finish regarding the process and steps taken for carrying the job. They used plastic sheets to cover all the carpet inside the house for protection and also to keep the work space as clean as possible. Very happy with the job they did and would recommend them at any time.
