  Lee and his team ploughed through a number of jobs including a building a patio, some landscaping and structural work to the garden and a number of smaller tasks. They worked quickly, politely and were very solution oriented to whatever we wanted. We've used Ldbowdery for a large extension and kitchen renovation as well as our lounge and other areas of our house and we are getting them to sort our lawn and paint the outside of the house, we only wish we'd found them earlier! Cannot recommend more!

• Replacement tiling of roof

  The second time we have had LDB do roof work. Again Lee and his team have done an excellent job. He managed to get the work done before xmas despite the weather being against him. A very good value for money quote and he provided a good assessment and advice of what actually needed to be done. All tidied up afterwards. We will definitely go to LDB for any future roofing work.

• Full roof replacement

  Full replacement of a large and complex roof with multiple slopes, dormers and areas of flat roof. Very pleased with the result. Lee and the team were able to start work very quickly after we placed the order. The quote was one of the cheapest we received and the final price paid matched the quote. Scaffolding was removed immediately after completion. We were unlucky to be hit with several spells of torrential rain while work was ongoing and had water ingress, but probably would have been fine if we had the work done in summer. Happy that we are now watertight anyway!

  LD Bowdery were the best tradesmen I have ever used. First of all, the quotation was the most reasonable out of about 8 quotes received. LDB went out of their way to advise on elements that did not need replacing and how to minimise various cost of the job (such as scaffolding), things that other roofing company would simply charge for the sake of it. The work carried out was perfect and we have been water-tight even though all the recent storms. LDB went the extra mile with things like cleaning all the windows of the property after the construction works finished. Will be recommending them.
