  • Replacing much of a fence on a slope and a few other tasks

    Gareth and team arrived on time and took down the old fence (20+ years old) and replaced it with a strong new one, including spurs for posts where needed. This took a lot of work and they were down to the underlying chalk in places. They managed to do this work without damaging the shrubs planted on either side.They also dealt with a fence-end at the front which had broken and replaced the vertical lath and strengthened it, and put new battens on some other fence panels where ivy had dug underneath them. We now have a very robust looking fence which improves the garden and a pleased neighbour.

    Arrived on time, worked hard, very good at problem solving, some ingenious ideas. Didn`t think a gate would look ok as I was installing it out of necessity but thanks to Gareth it just looks amazingly good. Very pleased. Recommend this firm very friendly, very good customer service.

    I booked Gareth and his team initially to do some high hedge trimming and tidying and to dig up an old rose bush. They came when they said they would and were professional, friendly and efficient. I was pleased with their work and asked them to come back for another job to put in some arch and trellis supports. They were very professional and cleaned up well afterwards. I will use them again for any other similar projects.

I founded Leaf and Lawn in 2007 to support my growing family and accordingly have invested time in growing the business the RIGHT way so it stands the test of time. We have now won several awards such as eastern regions business of the year at the House of Lords and have been steadily growing.

I am very selective of my employees. I choose only the best and they give the best. They are honest, polite, hardworking and precise. The customer is always asked at the end of the job, "Are you happy?" and invited to go round everything to make sure nothing is missed.
