    LC Renovation did the whole build for our Guest House at our London home. They did everything from the foundations, plumbing, electrics to the finishing touches of plastering, painting, fitting the kitchen and the flooring. We have worked with many builders and none of them were anywhere near as efficient as this Lec was with his team. His team are top professionals in their field and the whole process was seamless with no stress. We highly recommend LC Renovation to anyone who is looking to do a project with them.

    Lec went above and beyond and turned my first home renovation into a lovely experience. I was a bit nervous as I had never done a home renovation before but Lec helped put me at ease by being incredibly reliable, going above and beyond and even fixing things I didn’t think we had the capacity to address. He did everything to the highest standard and communicated clearly throughout the process. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and have no doubt he would deliver nothing but the best quality of service and work to anyone who hires him. He’s a joy to work with and incredibly trustworthy.

    I am a returning customer of Lec and team. Again I was very pleased by the result. Very good job, with reasonable price, clean and precise. Lec was very keen in updating me through the whole process while I was abroad for work. He was very helpful in managing the materials delivery while I was away. The work was a complex one, about installing new floorings with underfloor heating, under tiles and under wood. Overall highly recommended.
