    I reached out to Lee re my UPVC door. He responded quickly with a time he could be around and arrived as promised. He spent some time opening the door and looking at the lock fittings. As I suspected he had to order a new lock and quoted a price which was inline with what I had heard from glaziers to replace the lock vs new door. He ordered the lock and got in touch to arrange to visit it when it arrived. Again turned up on time, spent his time to make sure it fitted and opened perfectly as it was a different mechanism due to age of door. Very happy and I have saved his number for future reference

    I managed to lock myself out of my house with my child still inside, Lee was there within 20 minutes and had the door open within 5 minutes, he was very helpful and courteous I’d recommend him to anyone local.
