  Great service from start to finish. Rang for price and availability of a boiler service, price very reasonable and booked for a week later. The gentleman turned up right on the time they specified and got straight to work, very friendly, chatty and polite. They even honoured a special offer they starting doing via social media even though it was after I first booked so ended being cheaper than initially quoted! Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future. Thanks again Leeva keep up the good work! 👍

• Leaking hose under sink

  I need the leak repairing quickly since I was going away for a few days. The very helpful lady on the phone booked me in with the MD (only person available) for 16:00 the following day (Friday). The leak was identified quickly, and a visit to a local supplier found a new hose to replace the leaking one. Within 45 minutes of arrival the job was done without any fuss. The invoice, when it arrived, was exactly what I was expecting. Very satisfied and will call on Leeva again for any future plumbing needs.

• Boiler Repair

  I was impressed at how quickly someone came out to look at our boiler, which was leaking water. They quickly established what was wrong, got the part and carried out the repair in just over an hour. I was very happy with the service Only comment was that I had to ask about cost and this could perhaps have been explained more clearly. For example the time taken to fetch the part was charged. However I appreciated the timely repair and think what I'll be paying is okay (still awaiting the invoice).

• Finally got hot water

  Been having problems with the hot water and heating for 18 months. Followed advice from other companies but still had issues then hot water stopped working completely. No one interested in the job until I called Leeva. Appointment made for that week. Steve came at the time arranged, covered his shoes and found a completely different problem - a blockage. Came back and fixed the problem with little fuss and tidied up. Very knowledgeable and not scared of a ‘unique’ heating system. Will only use Leeva from now on

• Boiler Short-cycling

  I cannot rate Leeva Plumbing and Heating highly enough. They pro-actively showed interest in the job I posted, were clear and professional in their communication and it was a painless process to book an appointment. Steve, the heating engineer who came to do my job was excellent. An immaculately clean and tidy worker, he took time to understand the problem and not only fixed it but explained what was wrong and gave me some other pointers that would improve the performance of my heating system moving forward. This was a customer experience at its best and I would thoroughly recommend them.

• Water pipes for new kitchen

  Leeva plumbing installed new hot and cold water pipes, waste pipe and extended heating pipes for my new kitchen. They were very punctual and professional and kept me updated on all the work being carried out. The job was also booked in quickly, very happy with the service.
