    Karl has organised a few projects for me now - bathrooms, kitchen and now bedrooms. Once he works with you, you won't go anywhere else! Honestly. Not only is he so skilled at what he does and is incredibly organised and enthusiastic , but he is is also a great person to work with. It was a pleasure to have him and Ollie doing another beautiful piece of work to our old cottage. I am genuinely grateful that I had no worries during the work as I knew I would get a quality job! Keep up the outstanding work!

    Working with Karl, founder of Lichfield Spires, has genuinely reignited my faith in the building industry. My husband and I have worked in property development for many years and have been a bit let down of late. I am so grateful that Karl was recently recommended to us. Not only did he turn the whole project around in 18 days, he was meticulous to detail, and was helpfully sending me little daily reminders of things we needed to order/buy this end to keep the project moving along as quickly as possible. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Excited to find a new project to work on with Karl.

    Karl was great. He and his mate Ollie came with all the necessary equipment and they worked super hard to get the building down and in the skip in less time than anticipated. They also fixed a few boards to my old wood store free of charge to make it watertight.

    Karl and his team did a great job with our first floor extension. The team were working exclusively on the job throughout with total focus. They arrived every morning before 8 and worked Saturdays when they felt it necessary to get the job done to their timeframe. The quality of work was outstanding, particularly Karl’s carpentry work. The project was complicated and required some real problem solving skills. Karl’s team were always organised and tidy and took real care to avoid mess and dust which was important given that we have young kids. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
