• Wall panels in bathroom, new bathroom, moving existing cabinet and fitting a new fan

  Graham and his assistant arrived on time did an excellent job changing the bathroom sink, repositioning a bathroom cabinet installing a new fan and applying wall panels to one wall. Very tidy, friendly and did an excellent job. We were so pleased with the work, we then got him back to panel the rest of the bathroom walls. Again an excellent job. Would highly recommend him.

• Survey of electrics and plumbing

  Graham checked the electrics, plumbing and heating for me on a flat I'm buying, prior to exchange of contracts. He's carried out work for me before, so I knew that he'd be thorough and efficient. Graham (and his assistant) turned up early - always a plus for me - was uncomplaining when the vendor was a bit late in arriving, carried out the survey with no fuss or drama and gave me the result I needed. I shall use Graham's expertise again once I've moved into my new home. Recommended.

• Bathroom Renovation and Installing a Ensuite

  We commissioned Graham Linkhorn to completely renovate our existing bathroom which included the removal and disposal of the bath and existing shower cubicle, replace the tiles renew the flooring and replace the loo and sink with fitted furniture He asked what we wanted and was very helpful in co-ordinating our ideas We are very pleased with the renovation that Graham has done so much so that we asked him to install an EnSite which is the mirror image of the bathroom that he had completed We would not hesitate in recommending Graham in the type of work that he has carried out for us

  Graham has carried out work for me previously and on this occasion again did an excellent job. He has worked in this trade for a number of years and is extremely knowledgable and skilled. Quick to respond to messages, arrived on time, carried out exactly the work required + having identified a problem with a flow valve which I also suspected, promptly obtained and fitted a replacement, completing the work within a couple of hours. His work is to a high standard, on budget and everything left tidy afterwards. He is a very decent person and easy to talk within I would highly recommend him. A P

• Full ensuite refit

  Graham did a full ensuite refit, including replacing a shower pod which involved extending a wall to seamlessly fit shower into a recess and move old shaver socket, and rerun electrics to install mirrored bathroom cabinet with built in power socket and lighting. The quality of his workmanship is first class, his attention to detail extends to the way he treats your home making no mess whatsoever. The biggest testament to his work is I have just paid the (very competitive) invoice and I am still smiling as I am so pleased with the ensuite. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
