• Roof Replacement

  Moved into a new house and the roof was shot to bits. Lee came round after I was let down by another roofer, turned up the same day I'd called him as water was coming in. Lee was excellent at explaining the issues and giving us options to get the problem solved, in the end it came down to replacing the whole roof including underlay and batons. Quote was received very quickly and once agreed Lee handled everything from getting the scaffolders round to making sure that a gas safe engineer checked our boiler flue before the work was complete. Cant fault Lee or any of his team, recommend to all

  Recommended. Excellent communication. Polite. Lee turned up promptly after my enquiry and enthused confidence and ability in the type of work required. A price and start time was agreed. The scaffolders arrived the day before, and the roofers turned up 8am prompt. Although the weather was not ideal, they did not stop until the job was completed and everything was cleaned up. A stressful situation dealt with professionally and at a very fair price. I would definitely use Lee and his team again.

  Lee made contact within minutes of the checkatrade online request, despite being at work. Polite and straight forward and listened to the detail. He assessed the work required on site the following day and the quote was whatsapped that same day. The speed of his comms was outstanding. The quote was fair, nothing was exaggerated. The work was carried out at a time convenient to both parties and this was not a work up to organise (as it can be with some trades). During the work I received ongoing photos. The work itself was neat tidy and to a high standard. Highly recommended.

• Replacement Firewall

  Replacement of Firewall which was quite an urgent job and was causing a leak into an upstairs bedroom. Lee had it looked at and all works completed within a few days, all in between terrible weather. Not the first time I've used Lee and certainly won't be the last

  Excellent rapid response time. Workmanship excellent. Well mannered and helpful staff. All debris cleared once work was completed. Reasonable rates and all work that needed doing was explained with photos prior to work carried out.
