    From start to finish the service was refreshingly professional and extremely competent. The salesman was thorough and concise so we knew exactly what we were choosing. His precision in measuring proved invaluable. During the manufacturing time the office staff were happy to update us on progress and after the approximate time stated, we had a lovely young man, extremely well presented and polite come and fit our shutters. They are beautiful! Exactly what we had hoped for. They fit like a dream. Every part of the frame and shutter is of a very high quality. We can’t find fault with the whole

    I found the staff at Long Island Shutters to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I didn't feel pressured or harrassed into making a decision which sometimes happens with companies. Months passed before I called to make an order and I am sooo happy with my decision! It was about 12weeks between when I ordered and when installation was completed. Installation was quicker than I thought and absolutely no mess/dust was left behind. The quality is great and I absolutely love my shutters! Long Island Shutters were recommended to me by my Mum and Aunt who have had their shutters for years.

Pete came to measure and was fantastic, as was Ricky in the office and the fitting by Mark and Lee was of the highest standard.     Our experience with Long Island Shutters from start to finish was excellent and a breeze. We had a few companies come out to our home to give us a quote and Chris was the most knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He didn’t put pressure on us to go ahead with the quote, even though we knew Long Island Shutters was the one. Everyone we had contact with were professional and courteous, including Sharon and Alison from the office. On installation day, Lee was punctual and very efficient in installing the shutters. The shutters are top quality and installed brilliantly. 100% recommend
