• Leaking garage roof

  Mark came round at short notice, assessed the issue and work was completed quickly over a couple of days. The deteriorated waterproof lining was more extensive than just one patch. All sorted quickly with no fuss. Thank you.

• Recementing roof ridge tiles

  M and S Roofing did an excellent job recementing my roof ridge tile, cleaning them of moss and also sorting out some loose hanging tiles. It took a little while for the weather to improve enough for them to start the work, but they turned up when they said they would and carried out the work quickly and efficiently with no fuss. They were very polite and cleaned up properly after the job was complete. Recommended.

  Miley managed to fit in the work in at fairly short notice before the forecast bad weather came in. All the work was completed in 2.5 days (finished off on Saturday). The guys were friendly and prompt.

They were very quick in responding to my query (within 24 hours), good communication throughout even allowing for last minute changes and completed the job quickly and to a good standard. Miley advised on the best solution to suit my needs. They were all lovely guys and were very tidy as well. I would definitely use Miley and the team again.

• Roof leaking, there was a small stream running down my wall

  Rang up to see if they would take a look. They were out within 2 hrs, had a look around told me what was wrong and came out the next day. Unfortunately as the started to take tiles off to repair the damage, the felt was more degraded. We decided to have it all replaced, the guys just carried on with until the job was finished, the worked through the wind and rain each day to make sure that my property was water proof when they finished each day. I was kept informed of what was happening every day. Very good service Highly recommended
