    Mick did an excellent job. He arrived on time and left everything tidy. He was also very friendly and chatty.

    Mike was great from start to finish, he has a lovely manner - easy going, willing to offer advise, true to his word, reasonably priced and when the work got more expensive he still only charged the quoted price. Arrived on time, put down dust sheets, started immediately and only stopped for a half hour lunch. None of this turning up doing an hour then having a break. The work took two days as expected and Mike and his colleague left the house clean and tidy on both days. Fabulous job done, I have no complaints and he would be my first choice if I need work doing in the future.

    Mike skimmed our living room and ceiling. The job was excellent by a true professional. Now that the walls are painted it looks lovely. Mike put down dust sheets before he started the job and even vacuumed up afterwards; he left the room clean and tidy. It is so difficult to trust so called trade people these days. But Mike was true to his word; he said he would do a lovely job and by golly he did. Would I recommend him? Absolutely!

    Mike and his colleague were both thoroughly professional throughout with lovely manners. They did a wonderful job to an extremely high standard, Mike was more than happy to answer any questions I had. I was very satisfied with their work, indeed one of my neighbours popped round to ask for his business details as she wanted to check his availability! I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Mike Briscoe Plastering Services are a small company who are based in Bolton. I come from 3 generations of plasterers and have worked with the same team of plasterers for over 20 years and have been joined by my son recently. I am passionate about my trade.


I have over 35 years experience and City&Guilds qualified so you can be assured of a very high standard of workmanship. The price you are quoted will be a fixed price guaranteed.


We cover Bolton and the surrounding areas of Greater Manchester and work on both domestic and commercial properties. Most of our work is based on customer recommendations and we pride ourselves on being friendly, courteous, punctual and clean and tidy, always having a Henry and plenty of cloths to leave you with a clean house.
