  As this was my first time dealing with renovations of any kind, I am very content at having chosen MGI Services to complete this work for me. From start to finish, Drago and his team were on hand to explain the steps, share excellent advice and answer my many questions (Amazing turnaround speed on those!). I was originally worried about the disruption this would cause but was pleasantly surprised by how tidy and professional the team was, the attention to detail is exceptional and I'm very satisfied with how my bathroom has turned out! I can't recommend MGI Services enough for their service

  I've never refitted a bathroom before and I was planning on having it done whilst away on holiday for 2 weeks. I was a bit nervous about how it would all go. Not only did Drago deliver on the technical implementation in the end, but he gave me a strong sense of confidence upfront, with clear explanation on how the project would happen. Giving very frequent updates on the activities required and executed on his side, and directions for what I needed to do on my side, made it a seamless customer journey experience. The actual outcome was high spec for what I considered a reasonable price.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Drago and his team at MGI for our bathroom renovation, and I must say, they exceeded all expectations! From the outset, Drago was exceptionally attentive, providing a detailed quote and explaining each step of the process. The craftsmanship along with his professionalism was remarkable. The team was punctual each day. They took great care to minimise disruption and mess. Regular progress checks by Drago ensured everything was on track. I am thrilled with our new bathroom and highly recommend Drago and his team for their top-notch service and results!

  Drago and his team are absolutely amazing! From the initial meeting and quote to the finish of the project, he and his colleagues did an incredible job. The standard of workmanship from Val and his son was 10/10 and the work ethic too. Here at 8:00 in the morning and putting in a full day's work. Drago visited every couple of days to check on progress and to talk to me about what was happening and if anything needed discussing. I can't recommend Drago and his team highly enough!

  Drago and his team were brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough. From the first meeting to completion they were incredibly hands on, answering every email or text very promptly and nothing was too much trouble. When we needed more tiles, they would collect them for me and add to the bill at the end for my ease and just did an amazing job from start to finish. They were very professional, cleaned up and packed away everyday during the installation. They laid protective coverings on my carpet to limit potential damage and tried to keep the dust to a minimum (no ease feat). Would use again.

  We used MGI to refit our bathroom and they were brilliant. Drago was incredibly thorough and professional with exemplary project management. He runs a fantastic team and Emile was an absolutely brilliant fitter - incredibly hard working, highly competent and professional, and very high quality work. He was also very tolerant of our 3 children and general chaos of family life! Drago checked in regularly to check on progress. We were so pleased with their work and our new bathroom and cannot recommend them highly enough.
