I couldn't rectify or identify the problem so searched for an electrician in our area and quickly found Micahel (Mike) Brooks via Checkatrade. Mike repsonded within the hour, identified the problem (faulty thermostat control switch) and within a couple of days ordered and fitted a new control resulting in a warmed kitchen floor. Perfect. Mike was communicative, courteous, efficient and helpful throughout with very fair pricing for his services. We'd strongly recommend him.
