Emergency callout following complete loss of power
10Verified ReviewCalled Mark 8.30 Sunday morning when my 93 year old mother in law lost all power to the house. Within an hour Dave was on site to sort the problem. Having restored most of the power to her home, Dave ensured she could use all the electrical items she would need and arranged with Mark when they could return to investigate the cause of the outage. This was all completed within 36 hours with the minimum of fuss and disturbance. I would recommend MJD Electrical without reservation, they provided reassurance to my mother in law and an excellent service in fully restoring her electrical supply.

The work was over a couple of months as he had to fit round other trades. He has a full knowledge of the electrical safety and law requirements which he clearly explained to us. He responded really quickly to my first phone call and explained the costs in the quote. We will call on Mark again and would definitely recommend him.

Mark presented himself really professional from my first phone call with him to his visit to the Home to see my old fuse box, to the work he carried out in the Home. He was open and honest about the cost right from the beginning and explained the possible additional costs that could occur. He explained to me in detail the work that he would carry out, he was thorough with his testing, and was educating me on the reasons why he was testing. He was clean, easy to talk to, and professional. I highly recommend MJD electrical!!!!
