Nile St, Emsworth
This window was painted by a firm, whilst it was raining. The paint had bubbled within 1 year, and was in this condition within three years. Anyone can make something look pretty, but it is how long it lasts, that counts.

I used the Duluxweathershield primer on this, then two coats of flexible undercoat, followed by one coat of flexible gloss. This window should last for may years.

Stained woodwork can be easily painted over, but unless it is primed with the correct primer, it will chip off. here i used a shellac based primer to ensure a long lasting finish
