Restoration timber and painting timber clad cottage.
A typical resin repair prior to sanding and painting. Please note that the rotten glazing bar has been repaired and moulded using resin, ready for puttying. This saved the customer a lot of money and the repair will last very well.

This window had extensive rot in it. To replace a window like this would cost approximately 3000.00. The brick, stonework and internal plaster would likely be damaged. And then the window would need painting inside and out, which would add a lot more to the final price. Our repairs last, stay flexible and are suitable on listed buildings
