  Mark completely transformed our old and tired looking bathroom into a modern, spa-like space! Mark was professional throughout and communicated with me and kept me informed of any issues which often arise with old bathrooms. Mark delivered samples of bathroom wall tiles to my home so I could choose the colours and gave his professional opinion when needed. He also made sure my home was clean and tidy when the job was finished. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend.

  Mark was fabulous and sorted loads of the fittings himself. The tiling looks amazing and he directed me to the best deal for the suite itself too. Great work, easy to deal with and I’m chuffed with my new loo (the old one was awful)!

  Mark is a reliable, trustworthy, competent and excellent professional who I have used over the last year to completely refit an ensuite and bathroom, replace all radiators, fit new pipework, as required, during a kitchen refit and lastly remove the cloakroom toilet, floor tiles and skirting boards thereafter fitting a new toilet once new flooring had been laid. Mark's work has been excellent at all times and I highly recommend him.

• New en-suite bathroom

  I cannot recommend this man enough. Mark carried out works at our property in September and fitted a new en suite for us. He was so helpful and professional at all times and he enjoyed a chat with us while working. There was never any mess at the end of the day and even during his work he kept his work area as tidy as he could. I cannot fault his work in anyway, our en-suite is just as I dreamed of and I can’t wait to show it off Thanks again Mark
