  Steve and Perry (and their team) have just finished building our rear extension across the full width of our house. They arrived on time, were very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept the site clean and mess to a minimum. We asked Steve and Perry to quote for some extra jobs that had cropped up. We were given prices and the jobs were completed to a first class finish. The main extension was completed on schedule and to the quoted price. We could not have chosen a better company to carry out our work. We will certainly use Steve and Perry again

  Steve and his team did a wonderful job converting our garage into an extra room/office for us. They were helpful when we were still deliberating ideas and able to give great recommendations. They were so hard working, efficient, organised, friendly and work to such a high standard, we're super happy with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Their work covered; removal and preparing the garden for the new patio, insulation of garage, plastering, new doors and windows, laying a new floor, painting, and electrics (lights, new fuse box, heaters).

• Conversion of freestanding garage into garden room/office

  The team did a complete overhaul of our garage including re-roofing, gutters, windows and doors, insulation, plastering and flooring. They have converted a run down space into a beautiful, airy additional room. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve from putting up curtain rails to moving things into the newly-constructed shed. While here the team also did some extra jobs such as re-plastering a bedroom and replacing some garden walls. The team were super quick and efficient, very tidy and just really great to work with. Thanks for doing such a fantastic job.

  Steve, Perry and their team did a brilliant job on our extension, the work was finished promptly to a high standard. We’re so pleased we chose them and highly recommend them. They are thoroughly hardworking guys and communicated brilliantly throughout the process, always answering our questions quickly and patiently. They are polite, friendly and considerate, and a pleasure to have around. They gave great advice and recommendations for tradesmen to help with extra work we needed. The completed extension is better than we ever imagined, thanks to the great workmanship and attention to detail.

• Large structural job for young family

  We cannot fault Steve, Perry and their team - our work was carried out to an exceptional standard and within the time frame specified (which was really important to us with two young children). We could not believe how quickly everything was done and at such high quality. Everyone was so lovely and considerate of our requirements. We would not hesitate to use Malthouse Construction again and have recommended them to our friends and family.
