    They arrived on the due date, in good time. Mick Daley and his team were most courteous - they covered the floor throughout and even though it was in a difficult place - there was no mess and no damage. Friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

    Boiler pressure kept rising, it was making a louder humming noise and a manufacturing fault was fixed. I don't want to really know the details, I just want someone to contact to sort it out. I signed up the silver package of cover, similar to one I had previously with gas provider. Let's me know I have someone to contact in emergencies. The reassurance is similar to gas provider but with a local company who have had a continuity of staff that I have talked to or met before. They know their product and helped with the tadoo valves on the radiators.

    Excellent service from start to finish would highly recommend. Offered different boilers to suit my budget, not at all pushy. Great communication from the office regarding the date of the fitting. Quality of workmanship and knowledge is fantastic. You could not tell a new boiler had been fitted everything was spotless, covered my carpets as my boiler is upstairs, no mess whatsoever. Old boiler disposed of. Great work.

    I phoned Wednesday and on Thursday the plumber arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly. The part was ordered but unfortunately it was Easter and I had to wait til Tues.
