• Large single storey extension including en-suite and utility in original building

  M and D property improvements carried out work to build a large extension, change of use in original bungalow forming a en-suite and utility room. Fitting kitchen, doors, and additional carpentry works. Work was completed to a excellent standard. All teams involved bricklayers, roofers, electrician and plasterers and plumbers were excellent. We did have a delay with additional costs however this was outside the control of the builder. The work was all finished to a high standard and would recommend his work to others. We are now enjoying our new home!

• Kitchen diner refurbishment

  M&D Property Improvements carried out the work to our kitchen diner which included; knocking through a structural wall (with all building regulations sorted promptly), installing new worktops in the kitchen and utility, new cupboard installation, new flooring and skirting throughout and decorating. The work was completed to a very high standard, and Des and his team were always very polite and reliable. The only slight negative was a delay to the completion of our job, although it was explained to us that there were issues outside of their control. Would recommend.

All of Des's team involved in the build were professional, tidy and a pleasure to work with. Des kept us informed of dates, costs and progress throughout and all the work was very high quality.   Extremely happy with the work carried out by Des. His skill and experience shows in the quality of his work. From start to finish he has delivered exactly what we were hoping for, and if ever there was a problem he always had a solution. He is incredibly organised and tidy and managed all the various trades needed throughout. He has been very knowledgeable throughout the whole project and everything has been finished to a high standard. We would definitely recommend his work and wouldn't use anyone else.

• Victorian house refurbishment- fitting wooden floors, new kitchen, electrical work, plastering

  Des Massey and his team have done a brilliant job on my Victorian house in Andover. Des personally fitted the kitchen and wooden floors and brought in some excellent tradespeople including Cody (tiler), Chris Clelford (electrician), a plasterer and a gas fitter. He turned around what had been a difficult and stalled project. His communication has been excellent throughout and he and his team are polite and professional. His prices are reasonable and the work has been done in a timely fashion. The project is still underway but l wanted to leave this review now as a mark of my appreciation.
