    Having phoned around several locksmiths Ashley was the only one that reviewed the photos of the door first and confirmed precisely the options available and more importantly an accurate pricing estimate. This gave me comfort in knowing the costs in advance. Work was carried out promptly and tidily, front door lock no longer sticks and works much smoother now than ever before. Highly recommend this company.

    Ashley arrived on time. Carried out the work helpfully and politely with useful advice on the best lock style. He then went the extra mile and reset the door hinges to ensure that the door fitted properly which it hadn't done for years. Cut 2 extra keys as requested then cleaned up afterwards. Bill was paid via card machine. All done and dusted within the hour on a saturday. Great job by a great person would thoroughly recommend as locksmith. Rick
