• Whole roof replacement-peaked and flat

  Charles and his team replaced the full roof on our 200 year old property with efficiency and dedication. Our front section is very old with a 1960’s extension attached to the back. Charles enthusiastically offered solutions and suggestions to ensure character was retained and structure integrity maintained. We were very grateful for his expertise and it all looks very tidy. Very pleased with the work completed and send thanks to Charles and his hardworking team.

• Leaking conservatory roof repair

  P shape conservatory, with guttering in the middle, is leaking in. Spoke to Charles and sent me photos to show the issue. The flashing had come away in the valley gutter, this could be repaired was quoted £230 to repair. Monday the repair was done, told would be £490 now because they repaired the both sides of the gutter. Still rained in, they returned they poured some black sealant in the gutter. HOWEVER, RAINING IN NOW WORSE THAN BEFORE, the water just poors in. I have been fair and asked for £200 refund since he did repair the gap in my guttering. Paid £490 and still need it repaired

• Roofline repair, refurbished a sun tunnel and repointing

  Don't often leave reviews, but on this occasion it is well warranted. Contacted Charles to carry out some repairs to roofline,refurbish a sun tunnel and repointing of two walls on my house.Charles was very responsive and provided a prompt quote at a competitive price. The work was completed to a very high standard and Charles, Charles Jr and Steve were very professional and meticulous whilst undertaking this work. Wished I'd found these guys sooner... Master house services ltd are now in my phone contacts list and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this Company.
