Heating system repair and Boiler service
10Verified ReviewJason is fantastic! He came to review the system and then made recommendations as to what we should do and an interim step available to fix the leak and to ensure our system conforms to new regulations. He fixed the problem and pointed out we have very high water pressure. The pressure was turned down a little to far and he was back at speed to change it for us. I would highly recommend Jason for work and will be using him to replace the boiler as soon as we can.

10Verified ReviewMerlin attended my property to complete an annual boiler service and gas safety check as I live in a shared ownership property. The company was recommended by a family member. Jason arrived on time and was polite and friendly. The service was thorough and he explained what was involved. He identified and showed me a part that was leaking and that needed to be replaced and gave me a quote for the required work that was very reasonable and that I accepted. Jason is due to return in the next few days to compete the work when I have some days off.

10Verified ReviewJason fitted a new Alpha combi boiler in the airing cupboard in my new property. This replaced an old boiler that was located in my kitchen and a hot water cylinder and cold water tank, which were removed. The job was done at a very reasonable price. Jason was courteous, worked in a clean and tidy manner and completed the job on good time with limited upheaval. He has since returned to service the boiler and install an Alpha Connect thermostat that I can operate from an app my mobile. I have recommended Merlin to friends and family who have all been very happy with the workmanship and service.
