Adjust the pitch of the roof on ground floor extension.

Our builders built the roof of our ground floor extension at the wrong pitch for the Velux windows. To correct this problem Vance from Merlin Truline was quick to come up with a solution to alter the pitch of our roof so that the Velux windows met the councils regulations. We would highly recommend this company.

New Parapet Gutter Works

Efficiently replaced the lining of the parapet guttering, which is concealed in the edge of the roof. This is the second project that this company has undertaken for me., as I was very satisfied with the original one.

Replacement of small auriol bay roof in lead and replacement of original cast iron soil and drainage down pipes with plastic counterparts

Although there was initially a delay in work commencing, I was very impressed with the standard of work carried out, both in terms of renewing the front auriol bay roof and replacement of the original cast iron pipe work at the rear of the property. The craftsman carrying out all of this work was friendly, hard working, skilful and very tidy in his approach; and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending this company’s services to others.
