  Mick was prompt to communicate by message and in person he explained clearly what work needed to be done and how we should prepare. As well as replacing the roof felt they also replaced a rotted batten and cut back a climbing plant and cleared the gutter. This was really helpful and part of the service at no extra cost. Everything was left tidy, and we are very pleased with the work done.
