10Verified ReviewI had been told that my wall was damp in our 1760 cottage. I contacted Jamie for a second opinion. I was hugely impress led with his approach and style. He confirmed suspicion that the wall was not damp, thereby saving cost and a huge amount of disruption /work to hack off plaster etc etc Moisture management discussed and PIV Unit fitted by Jamie and Tim. They were clean, tidy and very respectful to me and my home. Advice also given how to deal with moisture caused by external chimney.

We traded messages of our requirements with which was enough for a quote and how much time would be needed. There was no issue with us providing our own materials, and advice received was invaluable. Work ethos is a credit to them, but letting us know what would be best and if we were happy with suggestions from the start of each day, and advised if any deviation to the plan. Workmanship was a very high standard and post tiling advice was greatly appreciated. Courteous, reliable and trustworthy 100%
