    10/4/24 Fixed call-out charge for diagnostic problem. Grill not working. Rest of oven OK. Advised warped, bent grill element. Ordered part. 15/4/24 Came back again with part. Just paid for part.

    Today was the third time I have used Mark to repair an appliance for me, and every time he's polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I only called him this morning, and he managed to pop round this afternoon (fitting in with my other commitments). Job was completed quickly, and machine tested - I cannot ask for anything more, and 100% recommend Mark for fixing appliances. While I hope to not need a repair soon, he will be my go-to person the next time I need a fix made.
