I’m their customer more than two years now and have had no disappointment whatsoever. They always ask for a feedback when the cleaner it’s new and even the smallest fault they change the the person. Even though now I’m more than satisfied with my current lady Mihaela who is amazing and friendly and smiley and always do her job spotless. The office are always answering any queries or else! The Housekeepers we have had have been friendly, reliable and very good at maintaining a regular general clean of our home. The staff at Mmmarvelous are highly efficient in organising cover housekeepers (when our regular one is on holiday or a replacement has been required). Very pleased with the service and, based on our experience, would have no hesitation in recommending using Mmmarvelous.
