Within two days he had everything supplied and fitted which meant we had hot water supply again. He then came round later the same evening to check everything over once the system was on. I would highly recommend Morris plumbing and heating. Really approachable, down to earth and genuine guy out to help and offer a great service.

Conclusion was its older (15yrs) , nothing obviously wrong but any attempt to correct by ordering and fitting replacement parts would be too expensive to justify. No guarantee of success if intermittent. Advised to get a newer replacement - they will quote.

Engineer arrived, found an issue not with the boiler, but separate heating valve. Valve was fixed, boiler serviced. Issue sorted with reasonable price. Very friendly, punctual and high quality service.
