  Yiltan and his team renovated my whole house for me - the first time I had done any renovations. He was fantastic, providing me with really sound advice on what to do, not pushing for the most costly option but the best one for the house and my budget! His carpentry is amazing, his team wonderful. My neighbours couldn’t believe how quiet and considerate they were (I still get comments on it 6 months later), and the house looks amazing. Thank you Yiltan and team for the amazing work, I couldn’t have been luckier to have found you!

  Excellent builder. Flexible and patient as we were making (and changing) design decisions as he was doing the work. Made considered recommendations to resolve issues that arose. Brought an excellent team of professionals and was happy working alongside other trades we had booked directly. Very happy with the finish and friendliness. Good value for money. Would definitely use again.

  Yiltan is absolutely brilliant. We’ve just had him and his team in our house for 7 1/2 weeks and couldn’t be happier with his work. He’s very client focussed ensuring we were always happy with the finer details. Commercially he was easy and very reasonable to deal with. Technically very sound and always happy to offer advice on any aspect. He helped us with a number of our procurement choices which was very much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. A true 10/10.
